Overview
ETG partnered with ESI (Estech Systems, Inc., now a Crexendo company) in 2012 so Erie businesses could get the most out of their phones. ETG sells, installs, programs and services ESI systems.
ESI eCloud PBX runs in ESI’s cloud. The on-premises eSIP Evolution Series puts the system in your building and scales from small offices to hundreds of users; you can buy it outright or get it as a monthly service bundled with SIP lines. Premises + cloud combines the two.
ESI ePhone desk phones range from basic to large color touchscreens with video. The eMobile smartphone app and eMobile for Desktop softphone let staff take their extension anywhere, and eMobile Pro adds an encrypted, voice-optimized connection for remote workers.
