Access Control & Entry Systems

Overview

Access Control & Entry Systems from a local Erie team

An access control system replaces keys with controlled entry at your doors, so you decide who can get in and when. ETG installs ESI Access, which ties door entry into the ESI phones on your desks, and can plan it together with the cabling and cameras in your building.

Who gets in, and when

Set permissions by person, department or time of day, lock and unlock doors on a schedule, and group users with the same access. Entry by RFID badge, PIN, or both for two-factor security. A web dashboard shows door status and access history.

Answer the door from your phone

Weather- and impact-resistant video door stations let a visitor call in. Staff see who is there on compatible ESI desk phones and unlock the door from the phone or a smartphone — handy for off-hours deliveries at a warehouse.

Panic and silent-alarm buttons

For schools and workplaces, ESI’s cloud panic button and silent alarm call button send one-press alerts to 911, law enforcement and on-site responders at the same time, with location details for responders. ESI designs the silent alarm to support Alyssa’s Law requirements; ETG can help a district plan it.

One local partner

Because ETG also runs cabling and installs cameras and phones, one company can plan and support the whole system.
